Welcome to Kreww. By accessing or using our website and application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Kreww grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use our HR web application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, for your internal business operations.
To use our premium tier or to exceed 25 employees, you must purchase a subscription. We use Razorpay to process all transactions securely. Failure to keep payment active will result in suspension of your workspace after the billing period ends.
The materials and software provided by Kreww are on an 'as is' basis. Kreww makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Kreww or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of productivity, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Kreww's website, even if Kreww has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
While the Pro Plan offers 'Unlimited Employees', it is subject to a strict Fair Use Policy. The platform is designed for Small-to-Medium businesses. Creating fraudulent traffic or bot accounts may result in account termination without a refund.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
